Montgomery County Board of Assessed Appeals and School District of Cheltenham Township and Cheltenham Township and Montgomery County Appeal of School District of Cheltenham Township and Cheltenham Township; 1540 C.D. 2012; Appellee Montgomery County Board of Assessed Appeals’ unopposed request for continuance, it is hereby ordered that the request is Granted. The Chief Clerk is directed to list the matter for the next available argument session.

Burno, Petitioner v. Pa. Board of Probation and Parole; 1534 CD. 2012; The motion/application is granted and the court’s order of January 28, 2012 is vacated. Petitioner is directed to serve his pro se brief on counsel for respondent and file proof of service of the same within 14 days of entry of this order or this matter will be dismissed as a matter of course.

Pierre-Louis, Petitioner v. Pa. Board of Probation and Parole; 727 M.D. 2012; Petitioner’s Amended Writ of Mandamus, which consists of two averments to be added to his Petition for Writ of Mandamus, is stricken as unauthorized, without prejudice to petitioner to file and serve a complete amended petition for writ of mandamus, with any referenced exhibits attached, within 30 days of entry of this order.
