TRIAL POOL LIST
Counsel with matters in the Arbitration Appeal Trial Pool may be attached for trial during the designated pool month with next dayís notice. Counsel and unrepresented parties must immediately notify the Court in writing of cases which have settled or cases which otherwise will not proceed to trial. Failure to timely notify the Court accordingly may result in imposition of appropriate sanctions. The parties must file appropriate documents (i.e., Praecipes, Suggestions of Bankruptcy, Notices of Removal, etc.) with the Court in matters being discontinued, matters being transferred to ADR or other jurisdictions, matters involving parties who have filed bankruptcy, or matters removed to federal court.
All trial continuance requests shall be filed with the Court by way of Motion for Extraordinary Relief and in accordance with all applicable local, state and e-filing rules and procedures.
